I help people make sense of their lives — and then design environments that support them.
When people feel understood — by themselves and by the systems around them — they stop overcompensating and start operating with confidence, clarity, and trust.
Most of the people who find me are already kicking ass at life — they're capable, reflective, and self-aware.
They’ve done the work.
And still — something might feel off. What’s usually missing isn’t effort, it’s connection.
Connection to how they actually operate, what they need, and where the systems are asking too much.
My work lives in that gap.

Long before I had language for systems or emotional regulation, I started my first business: a performing arts studio.
On paper, it was about music, theatre, and performance. In reality, it became an ongoing lesson in confidence, connection, and human behavior.
I watched children who struggled in traditional classrooms thrive when they felt seen.
I watched “behavior problems” disappear when expectations matched capacity.
I watched confidence grow not from praise or pressure — but from belonging.
I watched life skills develop faster than I could keep up.
What surprised me most was how clearly the same patterns showed up in adults.
Teachers burned out when systems ignored their humanity.
Parents panicked when their child didn't meet their version of success.
And that's when it clicked...
confidence follows connection.
When connection became the priority for everything (and not just for students, but for the entire environment) the culture completely shifted.
Everyone wanted to know what the secret sauce was and how they could get it too.
The studio taught me something I couldn’t unsee:
Confidence is not built in isolation, it’s built inside environments that understand.
That was the beginning of this work — even though I didn’t have language for it yet.
For most of my adult life, I’ve been embedded in real systems.
For the last 20 years I've:
started and operated multiple businesses across arts, education, and hospitality industries
managed teams, HR, budgets, crises, growth seasons, burnout seasons, and reinvention seasons
worked as a business coach and consultant, often inside other people’s businesses — doing the unglamorous, behind-the-scenes work alongside them
taught in classrooms, led workshops, organized events & retreats
coached executive leaders, large & small teams, and parents
I’ve built systems.
Watched where they strain.
Redesigned when they stopped serving the people inside them.
I’ve lived many chapters — entrepreneur, educator, coach, leader, mother, guide — and each one sharpened my ability to see what actually supports people over time.
I understand responsibility from the inside.
What it means to be the stabilizer.
What it’s like to build something meaningful and carry others with you.
My authority comes from accumulation.
From years of noticing patterns, testing ideas in real life, and learning what holds under pressure.
In every chapter, the same truth surfaced:
Systems fail people when connection is lost because reality has changed and the structure hasn’t.

Astrology though, this came during a moment of transition for myself — not as an identity shift, but as a language.
A way to name dynamics I had already been living, observing, and designing around for decades.
For me, astrology is where a spreadsheet and the stars have a baby — it's structured enough to be practical, but expansive enough to hold complexity.
It gives shape to intuition.
Precision to pattern recognition.
Context to human behavior.
I used it to help design my life, and I now use astrology as a tool to help others — not to predict outcomes, but to inform how environments, expectations, and next steps are shaped.
Understanding difference is what prevents disconnection — in families, teams, and leadership — and astrology is simply one way to name that difference.

Along the way, my own life demanded reinvention.
In 2020, my family sold nearly everything we owned, bought an RV, and spent years traveling the country while road-schooling our two kids.
Three years in, we rebuilt again and lived on a magical farm raising pigs, growing food, and hosting.
And eventually, in 2025, we moved abroad and are currently making a life in Spain.
It was all practical, messy, and deeply instructive.
Living inside constant transition for 5 years taught me what supports people — and what breaks them — faster than theory, books, or classes ever could. I live a life by design, through trial and error, and teach what I learn.
My work is deeply intuitive, relational, and pattern-based — but it’s also grounded in reality.
Alongside lived experience, I bring formal training and credentials across business, education, and astrology.
I don’t rely on theory alone, and I don’t rely on instinct alone.
Everything I offer has been lived, tested, and refined inside real organizations, families, lives, and businesses.

How I Use My Own Wiring
I’m an Aries Sun — I initiate quickly and see possibility fast. That’s a gift in business. It’s also a pattern that can outrun my body.
I have a Virgo Moon — which makes me attuned to systems, refinement, and details. It’s why I can see inefficiencies instantly. It’s also why I have to watch perfectionism and nervous system overload.
As a Scorpio Rising, I see what’s underneath — dynamics, tension, unspoken patterns. That makes me effective in leadership rooms. It also means I have to build environments where I feel safe and regulated (enter my garden themed bath tub.)
I don’t glorify my strengths without planning for my edges.
I build my calendar around my energy, and design support systems before I need them.
